Sarah was born to be an entrepreneur. She is ambitious and driven and always knew that she would be her own boss. Early in her career she built an interactive entertainment company. This company provided high quality entertainment for corporate events, colleges, fairs, gradation parties, weddings, and more. During that time she got into flipping houses and started to build a real estate portfolio. She grew her business and went on to purchase over 70 rental properties in Butte and created the company Smith Rentals. Their goal is to provide high quality affordable housing options in Butte, Montana. Sarah started her real estate career in 2015. She has a passion for real estate and enjoys helping her clients find the perfect home to fit their needs. She utilizes innovative marketing techniques to help her clients that wish to sell their home. Her goal is to get top dollar and to sell their home quickly. Her goal is to create a different real estate experience as she focuses on the true desires of her clients and works tirelessly to meet their needs. Sarah has now made the move to St George and has built a coaching company called Biz Babes and uses the power of the eXp model to share real estate opportunities across the country. She loves all that St George has to offer. Her love of pickleball, paddle boarding, and surfing make Southern Utah the perfect fit.
